Apartment Treatment Program

Apartment Treatment is a transitional and time-limited service that provides daily support in shared apartment settings. Each apartment unit consists of two or three participants, in a semi-supervised setting with access to 24-hour staff for emergencies and or crisis intervention. Ongoing assistance and supervision is provided with apartment maintenance, socialization, self-advocacy, medication management, skill development and daily living skills.

This program, emphasizes the client's health, emotional stability, and independence with daily living and attainment of personal goals.

This Program is located throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties in Brewster, Mahopac, Greenburgh and New Rochelle. Search for Change has 92 apartment treatment beds licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health.

Eligibility for placement from support of Supplemental Security Income, Social Security Disability, and/or Medicaid. Applicants ineligible for those entitlements will be charged a private pay rate.
