Residential and Vocational

Program Director

A Program Director at Search for Change supervises and insures that subordinate staff teach the skills and provide or secure the supports necessary for clients in SfC to achieve their rehabilitation goal and move on to more independent living.

Counselor

Counselors are expected to teach the skills and provide or secure the supports necessary for clients in SfC Residential Services to achieve their overall rehabilitation goal and move on to more independent living. Counselors are responsible for delivering services that are directly related to the achievement of these goals.

Residential

Program Manager

Program Managers assist the Program Director in supervising and insuring that subordinate staff teach the skills and provide or secure the supports necessary for clients in SfC Residential Services to achieve their overall rehabilitation goal and move onto more independent living.

Case Manager

The goal of a Search for Change Supported Housing Case Manager is to assist the client in setting up a chosen household and sustaining this occupancy for as long as the client desires.

Relief Counselor

Relief Counselors are part time employees who reside at one of our houses for the overnight shift. Relief Counselors are able to get their night's rest while residents the security of knowing that someone is available at all times to help deal with whatever problems may arise.

Vocational

Job Developer

The role of a Job Developer is to create and maintain professional relationships with local employees in order to assist clients in securing gainful employment.
