Wyndover Woods (Greenburgh)

The White Plains Co-op is located in the remote hills of Greenburgh. The program was initially conceptualized to allow for increased independence while remaining in close proximity to the supportive environment of the 24-hour treatment milieu. Individual apartments are scattered throughout the complex, facilitating access to staff and/or peer support as needed. It is the largest Search for Change unit, serving a significant number of individuals with co-occurring issues of mental illness and substance abuse.

The house hosts a weekly recovery group and makes a commitment to assisting individuals with transportation needs in attending three AA meetings per week. Their investment in recovery has made a significant difference in the lives of the many dual-diagnosed individuals who have utilized this program's service.
