Our Congregate Treatment and Apartment Treatment programs are licensed by the Office of Mental Health and certified by CARF. Program participants are assisted in developing their own personal recovery goals and treatment plans, based on the principals of psychiatric rehabilitation and the Agency's belief in recovery.

In 2003:
- Residents gave a 91% overall approval rating of the community residence program
- 32 residents moved to a more independent level of care within the SfC Program
- 34 residents were placed in Section 8 or SfC subsidized independent living arrangements
- 31 Consumers receive section 8 certificates
- 262 Respite days provided to at risk consumers in Westchester and 68 days in Putnam
- 77 of 105 supported housing participants have secured Section 8 certificates
